Home News Company News Tungkula Introduces Self-Developed Wet S…
To address the sieving challenges of materials prone to electrostatic adhesion, such as lithium iron phosphate, Tungkula has independently developed the Wet Sieving WS-X. This innovation eliminates the interference of electrostatic adhesion during material sieving. The particle size distribution detection of lithium iron phosphate is notably challenging due to its tendency to generate electrostatic adhesion and clog the sieve mesh in traditional dry sieving methods.
To tackle this issue, Tungkula has developed a wet sieving equipment, enabling the simple and efficient sieving method to continue being used for the particle size distribution detection of lithium iron phosphate.
Tungkula's Wet Sieving WS-X employs two rotating nozzles to thoroughly spray the test material. Simultaneously, the sieve mesh undergoes three-dimensional vibration, effectively breaking the water film formed on the sieve holes and facilitating material sieving. Water is used as the sieving medium, effectively solving problems like electrostatic adhesion and material agglomeration.
Thanks to these characteristics, the wet sieving is highly suitable for materials like magnesium hydroxide, lithium manganate, inorganic pigments, titanium dioxide, carbon black, barium titanate, and other materials that are challenging to process with conventional dry sieving methods.
This device has a small footprint and is easy to operate. Based on the English interface, the user-friendly interface makes it very accessible to global users who can essentially operate it independently.
What are you waiting for? Contact Tungkula now and let the Wet Sieving WS-X elevate your endeavors to new heights!
