TungKuLa have various types of jet mills for the micronization of dry powder materials. Spiral jet mill TSJ can produce particles ranging from 1 to 30 micrometers. Its features include easy operation, excellent cleanliness, and minimal rotating parts.

TungKuLa's newly developed spiral jet mill retains all the time-tested advantages and integrates new features to meet evolving market demands, such as easy disassembly, easy cleaning and sterilization, and automated operations, fulfilling the production capabilities of CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sterilization In Place).

Application Areas

Suitable for the grinding of high-end pharmaceuticals and fine chemical products, especially for applications with high requirements for final product accuracy and purity.

TSJ-50 is a small desktop machine specifically developed for laboratory research and the production of new drugs.

Its structure facilitates cleaning and disinfection and can correspond to larger production-scale models. The surface of the bio-pharmaceutical model is mirror-polished (Ra = 0.4μm).
